As to specific experience, we have acted in business transactions ranging from incorporations to the purchase and sale of companies to advising on the termination of senior employee-shareholders.  Our real estate work includes residential and commercial purchases, sales, refinancing, and leasing. We have appeared at all levels of Court in Alberta, as well as in the Federal Court and the Supreme Court of Canada (Application for Leave) in litigation files that have ranged from commercial insolvency to child support.
