Litigation
If you have a situation which involves some kind of dispute, let us hear about it. We have experience at all levels of Court in Alberta as well as the Federal Court. Here are some examples of our litigation work:

Keep in mind that litigation is not cheap, but neither is it the only way to resolve disputes – some situations may lend themselves to resolution by way of mediation and/or arbitration. If we don’t feel able to deliver the services that you need for your particular matter, we will do our best to refer you to a lawyer who can.
